Here we go!
In fall of 2018, I began having a dull ache in my right flank area, low in my back. In October, my doctor scheduled a CAT scan, to see what was going on. Before the CAT scan, I had to have a blood test to make sure that my kidneys could handle the contrast dye that they use in testing. To my surprise, no contrast was used on the day of my test. I was called the following weak to make an appt to discuss the results of my CAT scan with my doctor. That appointment began my path to where I am headed today.
